  • Nigerian comedian I Go Save praised the skills of Nigerian doctors.
  • He shared his daughter’s health struggle, which began as a minor ear infection.
  • The ear infection led to severe discomfort lasting nearly two years.

Nigerian comedian I Go Save has applauded the competence of Nigerian doctors while opening up about his daughter’s health battle.

In a post shared on his Instagram story, the comedian revealed that what started as a minor ear infection for his daughter reportedly developed into severe discomfort that persisted for nearly two years. According to him, significant progress only began after they started consulting a Nigerian doctor online.

I Go Save urged Nigerian medical professionals to consider launching a healthcare consultation app targeted at Nigerians living overseas, particularly in the United Kingdom. He also criticised the UK healthcare system, alleging that it has become careless and ineffective, even during critical medical situations.

His words…

“I just wish Nigerian doctors could build an app where Nigerians in the diaspora, especially in the UK, can consult doctors and get treated quickly.

The UK medical system is steadily becoming clueless and nonchalant, no matter how serious the emergency is.

I’m still shocked at how my daughter’s simple ear infection turned into a prolonged pain that has lasted almost two years.

Shout-out to my Nigerian family doctor, who has been helping us online, and we’re already witnessing drastic improvements.

Thank you, Dr Irhabor (Crespo).

God bless every Nigerian doctor putting in the work.”
