- He believes financial power can solve many difficulties.
- Wealth is seen as a key to opportunities and solutions.

Nigerian singer Shoday has triggered discussions online after expressing his views on the role of money in human life, suggesting that financial power can resolve most of life’s difficulties.
In a recent interview, the music star said wealth opens doors to opportunities and provides solutions that are out of reach for many people, describing it as a major “hack” to life.
“If you have money, you’ve already solved 90% of life’s problems. I call it the hack to life,” he said.
He further argued that money can address a wide range of challenges, including issues such as infertility and even relationships, insisting that financial stability can eliminate many struggles people face daily.
“If you can’t give birth, you can use a surrogate. You can even buy love. The only thing money can’t buy is life, and that’s the remaining 10%,” he added.
His comments have since sparked mixed reactions on social media. While some users agreed that money significantly improves quality of life and reduces stress, others countered that true happiness, genuine love, and inner peace cannot be purchased regardless of wealth.
