Lady Flees With Boyfriend’s Baby, Steal Wife’s ATM Card.

A lady identified as Miss Bosede Adeniyi who disguised to be an apprentice at her boyfriend’s workshop in Ondo has reportedly fled with his three-month-old child.

The young lady, according to reports has been in an unopened relationship with Mr Wasiu Mamukuyomi, the man whose child was taken away before she joined his workshop to learn tailoring.

Narrating the disturbing incident, the man’s wife, Stella Mamukuyomi, revealed that the Adeniyi ran away with her child named Gold.

She further explained that the suspect went away with her bank ATM card after she had requested to make withdrawals of some money sent to her via the account.

Accusing her husband of culpability in the devilish act, Mrs Mamukuyomi said that her man brought Bosede to their house in December 2020 to learn fashion design.

“He told me that Bose didn’t have interest again at where she was learning hairdressing,” she noted.

The woman narrated further that Bosede had related well with the family and other apprentices upon her arrival at the shop, unknown to her, she was Wasiu’s secret girlfriend.

She said:

“On January 2nd, she asked someone to send N3000 to my bank account for her, which I gave her on the fateful day (January 2, 2021), claiming she has no bank account.

“Later when the money entered my account, I gave her my ATM card with the PIN to withdraw the money and she was backing my baby (Gold) and eventually went to a nearby bank ATM.

“To my greatest surprise after more than four hours that day she didn’t return and I had to raise an alarm and we started searching for her and my baby across Ondo city here, Bose was nowhere to be found with my baby till now.

“She left her phone with me, but unknown to me, she had removed SIM cards inside the phone and left it empty with me, no way she can be tracked down now,” Stella alleged.

She reportedly pushed a call through to her husband after Bosede’s disappearance with the baby, but that Mr Mamukuyomi refused to pick his calls.

Mr Mamukuyomi, however, escaped death as some irate youths unleash their fists on him after his return from work for his lackadaisical attitude to the missing baby.

Wasiu, however, after his arrest by police operatives from the Enuowa police station in Ondo, confessed that Bosede was his girlfriend but that he never consented to the kidnap of his child.

The Spokesperson of the Ondo Police Command, ASP Tee-Leo Ikoro, when contacted on the incident,  said Wasiu had been transferred to the police headquarters in Akure, the state capital, as the Commissioner of Police had ordered an investigation into the development.
