A suspected coronavirus case has been reportedly recorded in Ondo state, as a US returnee was rushed to the hospital.
According to a report by SaharaReporters, the man identified as David, came into Nigeria from Maryland, United States of America, and has been taken to a government hospital in Ondo State after being suspected of having Coronavirus.
He is reportedly being observed at the Accident and Emergency Unit of the University of Medical Sciences Teaching Hospital, Akure, the state capital.
This is coming after five new cases of the virus was confirmed in Nigeria yesterday, taking the total number of cases to eight.
