In the latest ranking, Joshua secured his No.1 position in The Ring Magazine’s rankings, behind Tyson Fury who’s still The Ring Magazine champion.

The ‘Gypsy King’ claimed the status after he defeated Deontay Wilder during their blockbuster showdown in February.

After the match, Joshua celebrated his glory at the ringside with the undefeated retired American icon as they exchange a few ideas.

Major obstacle in much anticipated heavyweight clash between Joshua and Fury removed

The Briton was spotted in a short clip leaning towards Mayweather for some words of wisdom as he told the camera some of the content of their conversation, saying: “He says it’s chess, not chequers.”
