Nkechi Blessing’s ex-boyfriend, Xxssive, has responded to her recent public display of affection for a new man.
Earlier, the Nollywood actress surprised fans by posting a loved-up photo with her new partner, calling him the love of her life. She revealed that although she had promised not to post her new relationship, her man was simply “too handsome to hide.” Nkechi added that they had been together for six months and that he had brought joy into her life.
In a twist, Nkechi later posted a screenshot suggesting she used ChatGPT to get matched with the man, seemingly mocking online reactions. In her caption, she took a swipe at critics, writing:
“It feels good watching some of you fool yourselves as usual. I will teach you how to mind your business. Jobless people!!”.
Xxssive, however, wasn’t buying the AI match-up story. Taking to her comment section, he fired back with a short but direct comment:
“Na lie, no be AI.”
His reaction has stirred mixed responses online, as fans continue to speculate about the nature of Nkechi’s new relationship and the tension with her ex.
In other news, Nigerian street-pop artist Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has publicly criticized fellow musician Zlatan Ibile for staying silent on the controversial circumstances surrounding the death of Ilerioluwa Aloba, also known as Mohbad.
Mohbad tragically passed away on September 12, 2023, at the age of 27. His sudden death has continued to stir public concern, especially after reports emerged suggesting he may have been treated by an unlicensed nurse.
Adding to the controversy, a resurfaced video clip showed Mohbad being confronted and seemingly harassed on a music video set by Sam Larry a known associate of Mohbad’s former label boss, Naira Marley. Zlatan was reportedly present during the incident but has yet to comment publicly.
Following an interview between activist Verydarkman (VDM) and Sam Larry, many Nigerians called on Zlatan to speak up, given his position as a witness. It was alleged that Zlatan claimed his mother advised him to stay silent to avoid getting entangled in the matter.
In response, Portable released a video blasting Zlatan for invoking his mother as an excuse and questioned his loyalty to the late singer. He insisted that silence in such a situation showed a lack of true friendship.
