Nigerian dancehall artist Cynthia Morgan has stirred controversy online after criticizing Natasha Idibia, the wife of music legend 2Baba. In a recent Instagram Story that quickly gained attention, Morgan accused Natasha of using emotional manipulation to influence her husband.
The singer, who recently made headlines for sharing a tearful video, questioned the sincerity of 2Baba’s public apology following a podcast appearance that sparked widespread debate. According to her, the apology seemed more like a reaction to pressure than a heartfelt expression.
“You can’t force someone like Tuface into monogamy overnight,” she stated, adding that his religious or moral status shouldn’t be judged by conventional expectations. She also pointed out his age and family history seven children with three different women as part of her argument that polygamy might simply be his nature.
Morgan ended her message with a cryptic comment referencing Proverbs 29:15 and urged fans to pray for the singer, saying, “Indiscipline brings shame. Free Tubaba.”
