He claims that on October 30, 2023, he underwent a 360-degree liposuction and BBL surgery with a doctor named Chidinma Akpa, who owns Curvygirl Essentials, also referred to as CGE Healthcare.
The doctor asked her to stop taking her hormone medicine before the procedure. She mentioned not having any more health issues prior to the surgery.
He said that the doctor told him he had acute kidney damage and sepsis a few hours after the surgery. He added that the hospital had left him in another hospital and would not accept responsibility.
He confirmed that he has been receiving dialysis and therapy for sepsis since November 1, 2023. He claimed to have spent all of his life savings and to have obtained money from a few friends and the Nigerian Plastic Surgery Community.
He begged the public to help him with funds so that he can continue receiving treatments, stating that his medical care has put a strain on him resources adding that he is his only provider and source of income. A GoFundMe has been created for him and people have started donating money for his treatment.
In a live chat on Instagram on Friday, November 10, 2023, he cried profusely as he sought help.
