Budding Afrobeats sensation, Temilade Openiyi, popuarly called Tems has bagged two nominations at the upcoming Nickelodeon Kids Choice awards 2022.
The sensational Nigerian songstress is up for the best African Star award and also the Global Music Star awards. The Award show will take place on Sunday, April 9, 2022, in Santa Monica, USA.
In the best African Star award category, Tems is in a tight competition with Focalistic (South Africa), Major League DJz (South Africa), Makhadzi (South Africa), and Pitso Mosimane (South Africa).
She again battles with BTS (South Korea), Adele (UK), Camilo (Colombia), Tones and I (Australia), Rosalía (Spain) and Olivia Rodrigo (US) in the Global Music Star Award category.
