Yahaya Bello Blocked Dino Melaye From Using Lokoja Stadium For Campaign – PDP

In other developments, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) claims that Kogi State Governor Yahaya Bello is preventing its candidate for governor, Dino Melaye, from holding his campaign’s grand finale at Lokoja Stadium.

The PDP National Spokesperson, Debo Ologunagba, told reporters in Abuja on Tuesday that the governor turned down the party’s request to use the stadium for the governorship campaign finale.

According to Ologunagba, the opposition PDP is not in charge of state security, thus the risk of violence in the state should not be linked to the party.
