AY Makun, Nigerian actor and comedian, caused controversy with speculations swirling as he marks his “son” on his 17th birthday.
In a startling statement, the comedian disclosed on his Instagram page that his son turned 17 today.
AY Makun longed to meet his son soon and prayed that he would be one step closer to realizing his ambitions, filled with the thrill of adventure and the warmth of love.
In his words: “My son is 17. May each day be a step closer to your dreams, filled with the warmth of love and the thrill of new adventures. Happy birthday, Denzel. Daddy loves you. See you soon”
Online users expressed shock at the sudden turn of events, given that the renowned director is only known to have had two children with his wife, Mabel.
Some conjectured that the son in question was, in fact, their nephew.
