Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan of Kogi Central has stirred reactions after inviting Senate President Godswill Akpabio to commission constituency projects in her state.
Her invitation, read by Akpabio during plenary, appeared to signal reconciliation between the two lawmakers after their past disagreements.
In the letter, Natasha wrote: “In marking my second year anniversary as serving Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, I wish to invite fellow Distinguished Senators to join me for projects commissioning in Kogi State.”
Reacting, Akpabio smiled and said, “Congratulations in advance.”
Online, Nigerians had mixed opinions.
