Meek Mill, an American rapper, recently voiced his gratitude for Nigerians’ overwhelming support for the late Mohbad.

Conversations and speculation about the circumstances of his unfortunate death have flooded social media. International artists have begun to respond as his situation continues to spread across borders.

Meek Mill stated,

“I watched his whole story on tik tok!!!! They riding for him in Nigeria I love that!.”

Meek Mill revealed that he dug deep into Mohbad’s story through TikTok, and he was pleased with the wave of support from Nigeria accompanying the unfortunate incident.

Recall that beofore Mohbad’s passing, a legal battle jad been brewing between him and Sam Larry. He had filed a petition with the Nigerian police against Naira Marley’s aide, Sam Larry.

It is no news that fans of the late singer are relentlessly seeking justice for the death of 27-year-old Mohbad following his rushed burial.

In the latest development, a petition was filed on the 25th of June seeking protection for his life and property after being attacked by Sam Larry.

Sam Larry and his group as seen in a resurfaced video interrupted the singer’s video shooting while threatening to harm him.

The petition reads in part, “On 25th June, 2023 while having a video shoot with another artist by name Zlatan Ibile, the above-mentioned persons numbering about fifteen led by Samlarry Elegushi invaded the premises with dangerous arms such as guns, cutlasses etc. where I was shooting video and scattered the whole process of the shooting, damaged the equipment I was using for the shooting valued about Five Million Naira and started threatening my life which in the process they became violent and assaulted me which I sustained injuries but narrowly escaped.”
