- The AI photoshoot controversy has taken a new turn after Angela Okorie weighed in with posts urging respect for other people’s creative work.
- Anita Joseph fired back, accusing Angela of interfering in a matter that does not concern her and warning that she is prepared to take legal action if the disputed images are shared again.

Nollywood actress Anita Joseph has lashed out at her colleague, Angela Okorie, after the actress weighed in on the ongoing AI photoshoot controversy involving Anita and influencer Caramel Plugg.
The drama began after Caramel accused Anita of copying her photoshoot concept, with Anita later claiming her “AI boy” mistakenly used Caramel’s face and hairstyle as inspiration while creating the images. Although Anita apologised, Caramel rejected the apology, insisting, “I’m not your baby, I really don’t know you.”
Angela Okorie later entered the conversation with a series of posts that appeared to criticise Anita’s handling of the situation.
In one of her posts, Angela wrote:
“Some people are protected differently. You can lie on them, betray them, mock them and still somehow your own life starts falling apart after. Not everybody you hurt is unguarded spiritually.”
She also advised people to avoid copying other people’s creative work, stating:
“You can use AI to create your own style, don’t steal another person’s hardwork, it is disrespectful.”
Responding, Anita Joseph dismissed Angela’s comments and accused her of seeking attention.
“Angela leave this AI ignorance. Please stay far away from this issue.”
She also warned her colleague against involving herself in the matter, writing:
“Come fight me if you must… Don’t be a busybody.”
In another strongly worded post, Anita threatened legal action against Angela, saying:
“I have taken permission in the first place. And this time people should just take it personal if she and her cohorts upload these pictures again. Also prepare to face the law. Jesus told me very well.”
The exchange has further intensified the online controversy, with social media users divided over the feud.
