Following the announcement of presiding officers for the 9th National Assembly, on Tuesday, Gistlover brings you full list of the 9th Senate leadership.

Senate Majority Leader – Senator Abdullahi Abubakar Yahaya from Kebbi State

Deputy Senate Majority Leader – Ajayi Boroffice from Ondo State

Senate Chief Whip – Senator Orji Uzor Kalu from Abia state

Deputy Senate Chief Whip – Senator Abdullahi Aliyu Sabi from Niger State

Minority Leadership (PDP):

Senate Minority Leader – Senator Enyinnaya Abaribe from Abia state

Deputy Senate Minority Leader – Senator Emmanuel Bwacha from Taraba state.

Minority Whip – Senator Philip Tanimu Aduda from FCT state

Deputy Minority Whip – Senator Sahabi Ya’u from Zamfara state.

Gistlover reports that the announcement was made by President of the Senate, Ahmad Lawan on Tuesday’s plenary.
