  • Amaka Okeke has denied any involvement in the allegations.

The controversy surrounding media personality Frank Edoho’s troubled second marriage has taken a fresh turn after one of the women mentioned in the allegations finally addressed the issue publicly.

Amaka Okeke, whose name was brought up by Sandra Edoho in a detailed social media rant, has firmly denied any wrongdoing and warned that she may pursue legal action over the claims.

In a statement issued on Friday, May 15, Amaka clarified that her association with Frank Edoho was purely professional at the start and later developed into a platonic friendship.

She strongly rejected insinuations that she had any romantic relationship with the veteran broadcaster.

She said:

“Over the past few hours, my name has been wrongly linked to false and baseless allegations currently circulating online. For clarity, Frank Edoho and I met in 2024 on strictly business-related matters and only became good friends in May 2025 when he was dealing with a personal matter which I will not bring up here for privacy reasons. Any narrative beyond this is completely untrue.”

Amaka also criticized the speed at which the allegations spread on social media, noting that many users shared the claims without verifying the facts.

The businesswoman further revealed that she has already notified her legal representatives, suggesting that the issue may extend beyond online discussions.

“I am deeply disappointed to see my name attached to narratives that are malicious, baseless, and entirely inaccurate. I kindly ask that people refrain from spreading unverified claims that may harm individuals, families, and reputations. I remain focused on my work and will not be engaging further on this matter. My legal team have been informed accordingly and will take action in due course.”
