Nina Ivy, a former housemate on Big Brother Naija, has expressed her disdain of Nollywood actor Yul Edochie’s recent foray into the ministry on her Instagram page.
Popular Nollywood actor Yul Edochie has founded the True Salvation Ministry, serving as its head minister.
As part of his newly discovered ministerial responsibilities, the actor—who is also the son of seasoned Nollywood actor Pete Edochie—conducted his first virtual lesson.
Many internet users attended the event to see Yul Edochie’s first attempt at preaching, drawing attention from the community.
But Nina Ivy was unrelenting in her criticism, saying that the actor is going through a midlife crisis.
She questioned the sincerity of Yul’s calling, pointing out that Yul Edochie appeared to have called himself into the ministry, in contrast to others who are called by God to serve.
After expressing her extreme disdain of the Nollywood actor’s recent venture into church business, Nina Ivy went on to call him a “clown.”
