Nollywood actor and filmmaker Yomi Fabiyi has stirred fresh controversy after launching a new tirade against fellow actors Iyabo Ojo and Funke Akindele.

In a video making the rounds online, Fabiyi revisited the Baba Ijesha case, reigniting his long-standing feud with Iyabo Ojo. He claimed that during the height of the scandal, Iyabo threatened to prevent him from travelling abroad. In response, Yomi bragged about his past, revealing he was married to a British woman for a decade and has been travelling internationally for over 20 years.

“During Baba Ijesha’s saga, Iyabo Ojo said she would stop me from travelling. I was married to a British woman for 10 years. I have been travelling out of Nigeria for 20 years now. Neither Iyabo nor Funke Akindele travelled out before me. People told me to sue her, but I decided not to. It is only God who can recover all Baba Ijesha has lost. Till today, the court didn’t establish it that Baba Ijesha slept with any child”.
