Wizkid, a Nigerian musician, has returned to Lagos in preparation for the burial of his late mother, Jane Dolapo Balogun, who died on August 18.
Wizkid, the artist, was seen in a video exiting an unnamed airport in Nigeria, a film that quickly went viral on numerous social media sites.
The family recently announced the funeral preparations for the late Madam Jane Dolapo via social media.
They intend to have a wake and homage in her honor on October 12, with the funeral following the next day.
The funeral will be held at the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) City of David in Victoria Island, Lagos.
Fans have flocked to the comment section to express their admiration for the artist as he returns to Nigeria for his mother’s final farewell.
