“Why can’t I have normal friends” – Uche Jombo responds to video of Chioma Akpotha fighting with ‘AI assistant Alexa’

A new video of famed Nollywood actress Chioma Akpotha arguing with AI helper Alexa has gone viral, leaving many in stitches.

Chioma, who is in the United States of America with her colleague, Uche Jombo, is shown fuming in the video when Amazon voice AI, Alexa, failed to match his demand.

Alexa is a voice-controlled virtual assistant that can do everything from check the weather to launch your favorite playlist.

Chioma Akpotha is seen arguing with Alexa in the room with Uche Jombo when she fails to play the hit song “Ndi Ike” by Falz.

Alexa, who is having problems playing the song, was overheard stating
; “I would like to know what is wrong, give me more details, just say I have feedback.”

Chioma Akpotha becomes even more enraged when Alexa tells her that instead of playing “Ndi Ike” by Falz, she kept shouting, Henrique.

Alexa went on to thank Chioma Akpotha for her feedback.

Chioma and Uche Jombo’s efforts to obtain Falz’s song “Ndi Ike” were useless, since Alexa failed miserably. They were afterwards heard urging Alexa to stop talking and leave.

While the Alexa device has become a household brand in the United States and some other countries, it is not well-known in Africa, making it difficult to play African tunes on it.

Captioning the video, Uche Jombo who laughs so hard in the video as Chioma tackles Alexa wrote; “Why can’t I have normal friends.”
