Manchester United Jose Mourinho has reacted to Portugal’s unprecedented triumph at the just concluded Euro 2016 championships in France.

Cristiano Ronaldo’s side defeated hosts France 1-0 in the final to win the tournament in a spectacular fashion.

Ronaldo was forced-off the game after he signaled to be substituted mid-way through the first half, but there was no separating these two sides as it remained goalless after 90 minutes.

The epic final proceeded into extra-time but substitute Eder got the all-important goal after 109 minutes to ensure the Selecao win the tournament.

In is reaction, the Special One’ celebrated in his pyjamas as his native Portugal won.

“If you want to visit the country of the European champions visit PORTUGAL”,he posted on Instagram.

However, Portugal and Bayern Munich youngster Renato Sanches was presented the Euro 2016 SOCAR Young Player of the Tournament award ahead of Kingsley Coman and Portugal team-mate Raphael Guerreiro.

The award, open to all players born on or after 1 January 1994, was chosen by the UEFA technical observers, led by UEFA chief technical officer Ioan Lupescu and including Sir Alex Ferguson and Alain Giresse.

Sanches came on as a substitute in three of Fernando Santos’ side’s first four matches in France then started his first game for Portugal in the quarter-final against Poland.
