Nollywood actress and filmmaker Funke Akindele has addressed rumours suggesting she ignored fuji star Pasuma at a recent event in Lagos.
The speculation began after a video surfaced on X showing Pasuma attempting to get Akindele’s attention while she was engaged in a conversation with another guest. In the clip, the actress continued speaking with the person beside her, after which the fuji singer eventually returned to his seat.
The video quickly went viral, sparking claims that Akindele deliberately snubbed the music icon.
An X user, Uoladiti, shared the clip with a caption implying that the actress publicly ignored Pasuma, describing the moment as “not looking good.”
However, Akindele has since responded to the claims, denying any form of disrespect. She clarified that she acknowledged Pasuma at the event, adding that they also exchanged greetings and shared a dance during the occasion.
“Snub? Hell no. Stop the negativity pls. I saw him, greeted him, danced with him. pasuma is my Egbon. Pls you all should stop this evil,” she wrote.

According to a post shared by popular blog Linda Ikeji Blog, the filing reportedly took place earlier this week.
“LIB is hearing exclusively that rosy murer has filed for a dissolution of her marriage to Olakunle churchill. The filing happened this Monday April 20th,” the post read.
The blog added that the couple, who got married in 2021, share two children together. However, neither Rosy Meurer nor Olakunle Churchill has publicly confirmed or denied the development at the time of filing this report.
Their relationship has previously attracted public attention, especially following past allegations made by Nollywood actress Tonto Dikeh, who had accused Rosy Meurer of being involved with Churchill during their marriage. Churchill and Tonto Dikeh were married in 2015 before separating in 2017.
