In other news, Renowned artist Ruger has expressed that relationships are not conducive to his well-being. The Asiwaju performer shared this insight during an interview with Naija FM.
He said, “I am a loverboy, it’s just now that I understand that relationships don’t work for me. But normally, my first instinct when I see a girl is to think about how I can get serious with her. But later, I just become unserious all of a sudden.”
When questioned about whether he engages with female fans outside of performances, he replied, “Honestly, no! The most I can give my female fan on stage is a flower. It’s like we’re working together; that’s how it is for me. I don’t take it beyond the stage, we work together.”
The gifted musician further noted that he has been fortunate with divine blessings in his career and has no intention of returning to his previous lifestyle.
“I don’t want to go back to the streets; I have to take care of my family. It wasn’t easy when I started, and it’s still not easy now. I pay people’s salaries now. I pay for a lot of things, and I’m planning a lot of things by myself. God has just been blessing my efforts.”
