US Election: Twitter Bans Donald Trump’s Tweet about Election Malpractice

US President, Donald Trump took to twitter accusing some people of trying to steal the presidential election.

The republican presidential candidate, in a statement on Twitter, also insisted that votes can’t be cast after the polls have been concluded, as he revealed he was going to have a big win.

Trump tweeted;

“We are up BIG, but they are trying to STEAL the election. We will never let them do it. Votes cannot be cast after the Poles are closed!”

“I will be making a statement tonight. A big WIN!”

However, Twitter has flagged his tweet immediately, as they placed a warning and added a misinformation label on the tweet.

The company gave reasons its actions in a tweet, stating that the Donald Trump message contained a potentially misleading claim about the ongoing US election.
