University of Ibadan had banned graduating students without first class from the graduation hall, this comes as a result of the institution adhering to the Covid-19 protocols.
The institution also banned party or get-together of graduating students from the school premises, they instructed those allowed to ensure they have their face masks on, hand sanitizers and as well observe social distancing.
According to the institution they uirgeed parents and guardians to log in to the school website to be able to paticipate and watch the graduation ceremony live.
This caused quite an uproar, as netizens seems not be augur with the protocols issued out by the school, while some were criticising the citadel of learning, others where supporting and lauding the great institution for strictly adhering to the covid-19 protocols.
