S’Court Verdict:

The Supreme Court’s recognition of President Bola Tinubu as the victor of the February 25, 2023, presidential election is consistent with the Independent National Electoral Commission’s (INEC) “go-to-court” policy, which is spearheaded by Prof. Mahmoud
