Reports Reveals How Buhari’s Nephew Flew Abroad For Treatment

Mamman Daura, 79, a nephew of President Muhammadu Buhari, was flown abroad on Wednesday August 19, for an urgent medical treatment after exhibiting symptoms similar to Coronavirus, according to SaharaReporters.

The publication added that Daura was flown to the United Kingdom.

“Daura, 79, was said to have been flown in a private jet to the UK on Wednesday after exhibiting respiratory difficulties with symptoms similar to Coronavirus since last Friday,” the report reads.

Daura made the trip though the ban imposed on international flights to curb the spread of Covid-19 has not been lifted.

A Presidency source however told SaharaReporters that since Daura is not a government official, it would be wrong to expect any reaction from the government.
