Famous reality personality Phyna Unusual has become a laughing joke after mispronouncing the food control agency, NAFDAC, as NAFTAG while advertising a company.
A video circulating on social media shows the BBNaija ex-housemate promoting a herbal brand to her Instagram fans.
However, when attempting to reassure her target audience about the product’s approval by the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC), she made a mistake.
Phyna pronounced it as NAF-TAG, which elicited conflicting reactions from social media users, with some mocking her and others suggesting it was a planned blunder.
In the middle of the outrage, Phyna responded to a post’s comment area where she was chastised for mispronouncing the word.
