The Vice-President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, will visit some factories in Anambra State on Thursday (today) to assess the challenges facing the companies.
The Anambra State Governor, Willie Obiano, disclosed this to newsmen in Awka the state capital on Wednesday.
Obiano said the Vice-President’s visit was occasioned by the presentation he made to the Federal Government after he met with the Manufacturers Association of Nigeria, Anambra chapter, recently.
He said the visit would enable the Federal Government to work out ways of supporting 300 firms in the state in the areas of forex and raw material sourcing to enable them to stay in business.
