Obiano’s Wife Receives COVID-19 Vaccine in US.
The wife of the Governor of Anambra State, Willie Obiano, Veronica Obiano, has received the Coronavirus vaccine in the United States.
The First Lady of Anambra received the vaccine via a drive-in session in Houston, Texas, Gistlover reports.
However, the day she received the vaccine was not known. Mrs. Obiano could be seen in a viral video receiving the shot from a medical professional.
She becomes the second prominent Nigerian to have taken the vaccine outside the shores of the country.
Recall that former Vice President Atiku Abubakar also received the Pfizer/BionTech COVID-19 vaccine.
In a statement released by Atiku’s spokesman, Paul Ibe, said his principal received the vaccine in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
