Nigerian filmmaker Chinney Love has publicly applauded actress Uche Jombo, expressing admiration for her role in an upcoming movie.
In a post shared on Instagram, Chinney Love praised Uche Jombo’s performance, saying she was completely impressed while watching her on set.
She noted that she is unsure if anyone portrays the “African mother” character better than the actress, adding that she found herself laughing uncontrollably during filming and was almost breathless. According to her, Uche Jombo naturally brings “trouble” to her roles in an entertaining way.
The filmmaker also joked that she would “pack her bags and return to her village” if the movie fails to reach 5 million views.
