Nicki Minaj whose fight with Cardi B was the major highlight of last weekend, has seen her business empire grow, her radio show getting the #1 spot while all Cardi B got was a lump on the head.
The publicity Nicki Minaj got over the fight, saw her podcast, “Queen Radio,” trending at the top of Twitter Monday and the show has been sitting pretty at #1 on Apple Music. The ‘Chun Li’ crooner’s listeners quadrupled last week from the week prior, and she believes her strong debut numbers for her new music video for “Barbie Dreams” is partially due to Cardi’s antics.
According to TMZ, the video has already got over 5 million views after just one day of being released, and Nicki has been getting more appearance requests and concert bookings in the last few days.
Nicki Minaj who feels like her friends in hip-hop and celebs in general are siding with her and praising how she handled the situation, believes Cardi B has been the one who’s been made to look like a laughingstock after the shoe-throwing incident, especially after she walked away with a fat knot above her eye.
This is coming after Nicki Minaj said Cardi B will die, get killed if she keeps attacking people like she did to her. Nicki made this statement when she appeared on her Queen Radio tonight. Reacting to Cardi B’s attack on her last Friday at New York Fashion Week, Nicki said she was mortified by the attack.
And that other people would have been far more aggressive than her if Cardi B zeroed in on them the same way she did Nicki.
“You put your hands on certain people you gon die. PERIOD. And y’all sitting here making this s*** a joke?
I’m not the bitches in the strip club and I’m not a bitch on a reality show. My money is very f***ing long.”
