Controversial After weeks in detention, Nigerian artist Abdulazeez Fashola, better known as Naira Marley, and his helper, Samson Elutu, well known as Sam Larry, were given bail.
According to a report obtained by Kemi Filani, the beleaguered industry executives have not been given bail, but have been ordered to pay three sureties in the amount of N20 million.
Naira and Larry have also been ordered to forfeit their international passports and attend weekly at the State Criminal Investigation Department (CID).
The Magistrate warned them to avoid contacting her directly, as all attempts would be logged and potentially disclosed in open court sessions.
