Meet four Nigerian Celebrities Who Struggled With Finance, After Some Difficult Challenges

After having a feel of some stardom moments, these Nigerian celebrities lost their fortunes after encountering difficult times.

They moved from living in opulence to living in pitiable moments all because of poor health issues.

Many of them came out to ask for help from colleagues but some of them remained in the dark so that no one could see them.

Here are some Nigerian celebrities with Financial troubles;

#1 Cynthia Morgan

Nigerian singer, Cynthia Ikponmwenosa Morgan’s career tumbled after her single, ‘Simatiniya’.

Adesua Wellington, Nigerian actress tweeted in 2018 asking for the whereabouts of Cynthia who reportedly had issues over tax evasion and unpaid rent.

Reports also revealed that Cynthia faced Ikeja High Court due to her inability to pay rent of her Omole apartment. Thereafter, she received a court order for evading tax.

This year, the ‘Don’t Break My Heart’ hitmaker came out of the blue after she approved an interview.

She disclosed that she succumbed to a sickness that squandered all her savings and raised several accusations on Jude Okoye, her former boss.

#2 Pa Kasumu

Pa Kasumu born Kayode Odumosu passed away on 1st March 2020 after he embattled with heart failure in a private hospital in Lantoro.

Pa Kasumu reportedly suffered from both heart and liver complications which eventually took away his eyesight and memory.

His condition worsened after he failed to sponsor his India medical trip for treatment.

#3 Ify Onwuemene

Nollywood actress, Ify Onwuemene has been battling for life as she suffers endometrial cancer.

Recently, she reached out to the public for financial aid as her illness had adversely affected her finances.

#4 Ernest Asuzu

One of the Nollywood bad boys, Ernest Azusu was bedridden for three years after suffering from stroke.

Ernest announced that the head prophet of Christ Mercyland Deliverance Ministry, Jeremiah Funfeyin had healed him.

Sources claimed that the prophet gifted him a new SUV worth N3.5 million and startup capital of N1.5 million to help himself.

Earlier this year, Ernest was spotted in a video that surfaced online begging for money on the streets of Lagos. The video shocked all fans after seeing the poor state of the ex Nollywood actor.

Wife of Anambra state Governor, Dr Ebelechukwu Obiano heard the news and took care of his hospital bills. He was then admitted to Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University Teaching Hospital, Amaku, Awka.
