According to claims circulating online, the suspect allegedly operated the purported agency from the Federal Secretariat in Abuja while presenting himself as a legitimate government official.
It was further alleged that he successfully opened an account with the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), held meetings with ministers and foreign ambassadors, and even represented Nigeria at international engagements.
