The popular Nigerian singer and songwriter, Timaya taking to twitter has advised prospective couples.

He opined it would be of great benefit to every couple to live with their partners for some time before they tie the knot.

The singer is confident the idea of living in a separate house before going into marriage denies each other the chance to know who and what they are involved with.

To him, having little or no knowledge about one’s partner before marriage is a recipe for disaster. It is the reason for most domestic violence and abuses, divorce and broken homes today.

He wrote;
