Nigerian fashion entrepreneur Laura Ikeji has remained a hot topic online following allegations involving her husband, Ogbonna Kanu, and claims linking him to three women.
Amid the controversy, social media users have brought back an old video of the influencer, where she shared her candid stance on how women should handle infidelity in marriage.
In the resurfaced clip, Ikeji discouraged women from praying for unfaithful partners. Instead, she urged them to confront the situation head-on, even suggesting harsh reactions, while also advising against making rushed decisions to leave a marriage.
“Please don’t pray for your husbands when they cheat on you. Curse the hell out of them. It is not your fault that they are cheating. It’s on them, not on you,” she said in the video.
She went on to clarify that although she doesn’t support ending a marriage solely because of cheating, she believes women should never endure such behavior in silence.
The clip has since gone viral, especially as allegations continue to circulate about Kanu, including a purported leaked tape currently spreading across social platforms.
