A young lady has gone viral after sharing an awkward and hilarious experience at a bus stop involving an unexpected fashion twin a motor park tout, popularly known as an agbero.
In her post, the lady explained that she had just stepped out confidently in her favorite basketball jersey, only to arrive at the bus stop and notice a tout wearing the exact same outfit.
While standing and waiting for her bus, she watched as the agbero carried out his usual duties, collecting transport fares from commercial motorcyclists. What made the situation more uncomfortable was her fear of being mistaken for his companion or relative, simply because of the matching jersey.
Unable to bear the awkwardness, she admitted she couldn’t even cross to the other side of the road where he stood. Instead, she remained in place, frozen by embarrassment.
“And now I have been standing here for the past 30 minutes 😖,” she wrote, blending her frustration with a touch of humor.
