A Nigerian lady has publicly cried out for help after allegedly receiving death threats from her ex-boyfriend, who, according to her, boldly claimed he’s willing to kill her and serve jail time for it.
In a disturbing post shared on X (formerly Twitter), the woman included an audio recording along with a photo of the alleged ex-boyfriend. In the clip, the man can be heard issuing chilling threats.
He said, “Because of you, I wan go jail. I go kill you. I swear to God who made me. If you doubt am, check am and see.”
He continued with even more disturbing statements:
“I go kill you, your family go lose you. If I go jail, I know how many years I go serve am. I go destroy you for yourself, then I go destroy you for your family. You go see the real me.”
The audio, which reportedly contains several other violent threats, quickly gained traction online, sparking outrage and concern. Social media users flooded the comment section with messages of support for the victim, urging law enforcement to intervene immediately.
Many have called on relevant authorities to ensure the woman’s safety and hold the man accountable for his threats.
As of now, no official response from the police has been confirmed regarding the case.
