Primate Elijah Ayodele, the religious leader of the INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, has predicted that Kogi state’s governorship race will be won by the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) on Saturday, November 11.

The APC’s flagbearer and the chosen successor to the outgoing governor, Yahaya Bello, is Alhaji Ahmed Ododo.

Primate Ayodele predicted that the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), the Social Democratic Party (SDP), and other parties would not be able to unseat the All Progressive Congress (APC) ahead of the much awaited election. The clergyman noted the “inability” of the opposition parties to unite.

Recently, he posted the following on his official X (previously known as Twitter) handle:

“In Kogi state, the coming gubernatorial election would favour the ruling party. The opposition could not form a coalition to defeat the APC.

“It is only a coalition of the oppositions that can give them victory over the APC.”
