Good news for Kim Kardashian The reality star has been granted a 5-Year restraining order against the crazy fan who showed up at her home with unwanted gifts.
According to TMZ, Kim filed docs Wednesday against a man identified as Nicholas Costanza, whom she claims is the person who disturbingly shipped Plan B pills and an engagement ring to her home earlier this month — a package that was intercepted by Kim’s security team.
Her attorney Shawn Holley, say Costanza has shown up to her property multiple times this year alone, including once back in February, along with another time in late May. In the filing Kim claims the guy gained access to her gated community, and told guards he was there to pick her up for dinner on one occasion, TMZ reports.
After sharing her concerns from her past experiences, a judge agreed with Kim and finally granted the temporary order. As a result, Costanza will have to stay at least 100 yards away and refrain from contact. Kim hasn’t publicly spoken out on this latest situation
