The legendary American hip-hop artist Kanye West has revealed that his 2024 music tour would include a stop in Lagos, Nigeria.

He announced the good news on his Instagram account on Wednesday, adding Nigeria to the list of nations he would be visiting in 2024 and 2025.

The tour schedule, which Kanye released, included stops at Nyayo International Stadium in Nairobi, Kenya on December 7, 2024, and Eko Energy City in Lagos, Nigeria, on December 14, 2024.

The multi-award winning rapper made his Nigerian debut at the 2007 Star Mega Jam, which has played home to American musicians like Rick Ross, Chris Brown, and others at various times.

On June 22, 2024, Kanye begins his global tour in Toronto, Canada. From there, he travels to the United States, where he will stay until August. Following that, it will travel to the United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Egypt, and the United Arab Emirates before landing in Kenya and Nigeria in December 2024.

The 46-year-old rapper will next travel from the African countries to Australia in January 2025, finishing the tour in Japan in February.
