Just in: Nigerian Ambassador To US, Sylvanus Nsofor is Dead.
The Nigerian ambassador to the United States of America, Mr Sylvanus Adiewere Nsofor has died at the age of 85.
Daily Post reports that Nsofor gave up the ghost in Maryland hospital, Washington DC on Thursday, December 10.
Nsofor had assumed his role as Nigeria ambassador to the US three years ago following the demise of his successor, Prof. Adebowale Adefuye, who died while rounding up his tenure then.
Nsofor was a graduate of London’s now-defunct Holborn College of Law in 1962.
