I’m among the greatest musicians from Nigeria – Pheelz

Phillip Kayode Moses, better known by his stage name Pheelz, is a Nigerian music producer and singer who has admitted that he is a “ladies’ man,” acknowledging that his lyrical content, which typically features women, reflects this.

He did, however, make it clear that being a gentleman is a significant aspect of who he is and that he is not a “woman wrapper.”

Pheelz claimed during an interview with the audiovisual podcast F&S Uncensored that his admiration for women serves as inspiration for his music and that he takes pride in both his appearance and his treatment of them.

Pheelz also talked about his fan base, which he refers to as “The Trybe,” and said he likes taking them out on dates and getting to know them.

“I’m a ladies’ man. That’s why I sing about them [ladies]…I’m not a woman wrapper. I’m a ladies’ man. I’m a gentleman. The ladies love me. I talk good, smell good, am six-foot, body built, make love good. You understand, no be indomie things. They no dey do indomie for here o. We take our time.

“I called my fan base, The Trybe, and I love every single one of them. I love going for dates like I just take some ladies of The Trybe on a date. But I’m planning something for the guys as well…The kind of fan base I want to have, I don’t want to be away from my fans. My real fans, I want them to feel like they know me. And I want them to really know me. That’s why I take some of them on a date.” He said.

I’m among the greatest musicians from Nigeria – Pheelz

Pheelz, a music producer and performer from Nigeria whose real name is Phillip Kayode Moses, claims to be one of the best musicians the nation has ever produced.

He made the statement while a guest on an episode of the Feyikemi Akin-Bankole and Simi Badiru podcast, F&S Uncensored.

The singer of the hit song “Finesse” argued that most people suffer from selective amnesia, which is why they don’t realize he is one of the greatest musicians ever to come out of Nigeria, the African continent, and the entire world.

He claims that the fact that he has released numerous hit songs that can be regarded as classics supports his bold assertion.

The singer added that he is also one of greatest producers in the history of the genre known as Afrobeats.

Pheelz said; “Sometimes I feel like we have selective amnesia in the [music] industry. I’m not even proud, but it is fact; I’m one of the greatest musicians that Nigeria has ever seen, Africa has ever seen, and the world has ever seen. I have made so many classics. A lot!”.

Furthermore, he spoke on the smash single, Finesse which features BNXN, saying that Omah Lay was also supposed to be on the song, but he later removed his part because the release date clashed with the release of Omah Lay’s song ‘Attention’ with Justin Bieber.
