The IGP assured the public that the police are on top of the situation, intensifying border surveillance and recovering illegal weapons.
He also mentioned that the suspects will soon be arraigned, along with 22 others arrested in Jos over the killing of nine wedding-bound travellers.
This follows a recent joint operation in Benue, and aligns with President Tinubu’s directive to bring the perpetrators to justice.
