Omoni Oboli, Nollywood actress, has triggered the emotions of thousands of her fans with her message to them. The script writer expressed her regrets over her treatment of her late father.

The filmmaker wished she could turn back the hands of time and treat her late father better.

Omoni Oboli revealed that on her walk this morning, she broke down in tears because she misses her dad.

The ‘Wives on Strike’ cast blamed herself for not checking up on him daily before his demise.

Using herself as an example, Omoni Oboli advised her millions of fans to always check up on their parents daily.

“On my walk this morning, I started crying because I miss my dad. I thought to myself, I could have called him everyday and told him I loved him everyday. Show your parents all the love you can everyday cos one day, you would wish you could give it all up for just one more day!

I wish…just one more day! Give them all the love you can while you still have them”.

Her touching post aroused the emotions of her fans as they took to her comment section to mourn their dead parents.

Recall Omoni Oboli lost her father in May, 2017.

He was involved in a ghastly motor accident which claimed his life.

The mum of three buried him in style in June in Mosogar, Delta State.

Omoni Oboli alongside her siblings on Friday 2nd June,

2017 buried their father in his country home in their hometown Mosogar,

Delta State. The reception took place at Mosogar Civic centre.

Until his death, Chief Matthew Eriyovwe Ukey worked as a Commissioner at the Delta State Civil Service Commission.

Some of her colleagues, including Chioma Akpotha, Ufuoma McDermott, and Kene Mkparu of FilmHouse were at the ceremony.
