How Court Order Stopped Multichoice Nigeria from Increasing DSTV Subscription Rates
A Federal High Court in Maitama, Abuja has restricted Pay television Company, MultiChoice Nigeria from implementing its recent increase in DStv subscription rates.
Justice Nnamdi Dimgba on Monday granted an injunction restricting the television company from implementing the new rates. Also, the court placed restriction on the company from any other conduct capable of interfering with the regulatory process of the Consumer Protection Council (CPC).
