HBO Insists On Airing Denigrate Documentary about Michael Jackson

HBO has vowed to sire the controversial documentary about Michael Jackson – Leaving Neverland – despite a lawsuit against them.

The documentary is about s-e-x-u-a-l allegations against the singer which was made by two men who claimed he absurd them when they were kids.

The broadcaster is being sued by the late singer’s estate who say the broadcaster “breached its agreement not to disparage Michael Jackson.”

The complaint filed at the Los Angeles Superior Court says:

“The Jackson Estate will seek all damages proximately caused by HBO’s reprehensible disparagement of Michael Jackson, which could exceed $100 million should HBO succeed in the damage it is intending to cause to the legacy of Michael Jackson”.

“HBO breached its agreement not to disparage Michael Jackson by producing and selling to the public a one-sided marathon of unvetted propaganda to shamelessly exploit an innocent man no longer here to defend himself.”

However, HBO insists on going ahead to broadcast the documentary.

“Despite the desperate lengths taken to undermine the film, our plans remain unchanged,” said the network in response to the filed complaint. “HBO will move forward with the airing of Leaving Neverland, the two-part documentary, on March 3 and 4. This will allow everyone the opportunity to assess the film and the claims in it for themselves.”
