After eating at the home of Ghanaian singer Becca, Hilda Baci, a renowned Nigerian chef, changed her mind about Ghana Jollof.
Hilda Baci made waves a few days ago when she said that Ghanaian jollof has no flavor. This comment sparked outrage on social media.
She stated this in a podcast with other Ghanaians, where she further demonstrated her point by recalling a Jollof competition between Nigeria and Ghana.
According to the chef, she has seen their recipes for the various types of jollof in the country, and they are at best rudimentary.
Fast forward to a video that has surfaced online in which she is seen eating at the home of Becca, a Ghanaian musician married to a Nigerian man.
In the video, she admitted to enjoying the plate of jollof she ate at Becca’s house and also agreed to grant another interview on the jollof saga.
