Award-Winning Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, a Nigerian singer, has been admitted to the hospital.

Wizkid, a father of four, took to his verified Instagram page’s insta-stories section to share photos of himself receiving drips on the hospital bed.

However, Wizkid did not elaborate on the nature of his illness or the reason for his bed confinement.

However, as he reacts to the trending fake products (foods, drinks, drugs, etc.) making the rounds online, Wizkid, the “Essence,” gives hints on consuming fake substances.

Wizkid wrote; “Fake Igbo dey, fake yansh dey.”

Nigerian singer, Wizkid hospitalized

Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, better known as Wizkid, a Nigerian singer and songwriter, posted a photo of himself in a hospital bed on his Instagram page.

In the said post, the singer hinted that he was hospitalized and was currently receiving treatment, but he did not elaborate on the nature of his illness or the reason for his bedrest.

Meanwhile, in the days leading up to this, the singer was spotted in Lagos, Nigeria, both before and after his performance in Saudi Arabia.

He once visited Surulere in Lagos State to donate 100 million naira to children ahead of Christmas.

Furthermore, the singer was recently spotted with fellow musician Davido at a popular nightclub in Lagos State, Nigeria.

Just a few days later, the singer shared a photo on his Instagram showing his hand covered with bandages while on a bed
